5 min walk to bus or ferry and from there 10min to CBD and 25min to University of technology, UTS, in the heart of Sydney
3 min walk to a beautiful, large park with Sydney Harbour Bridge and city views – great for exercising and relaxing
5 min walk to lively and vibrant Darling Street with small shopping centre and heaps of cafes, pubs and restaurants.
· New, renovated room with ensuite bathroom for 1 person in quality renovated classic Balmain house
· ALL INCLUSIVE
· Free internet/wifi, free NETFLIX
· Own outdoor space – you can relax on the veranda
· Private access to room – you can access the room directly after entering the house, so your privacy is guaranteed
· Aircon in summer and heating in winter (Sydney is quite cold in winter)
· Fridge, microwave, hot water maker in your room
· Smart TV with NETFLIX, bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves for books
· You can use our washing machine and dryer 1-2 times/week at agreed times
· Usually we have little time with our guest, but we are very friendly and happy to help with everything!
· Bond (will be refunded when moving out once you’ve cleaned the room and all is intact): $200
- The rent is payable weekly and on the first day of the new week
· Looking for a friendly, clean and quiet student, traveller or young professional
· Minimum stay is 2.5 weeks. If you wish to cancel a fixed booking, the notice period is 2 weeks.
- December 2023 bookings available from Sunday 3 Dec - 28 Dec and then from 30 January 2024 onward.
